The Role

 

This position will support the business’ talent requirements within the Group with the objective of building a strong current and future talent pipeline.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Full-life cycle recruiting for a range of roles and career levels for the group.
  • Source, screen and assess candidates for open positions against open requisitions as well as opportunistically.
  • Drive recruitment strategy and processes, advice and partner the business to reach recruiting goals.
  • Identify areas of talent needs and help create strategic plans to meet hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a robust pipeline of talents.
  • Build and maintain a strong partnerships with HR business partners, line managers, external search consultants and vendors.
  • Share knowledge of business, candidate marketplace and recruitment trends with stakeholders.
  • Participate in talent acquisition related activities such as designing and driving recruitment campaigns, drive management of talent application system, and use of HR metrics to bring about transparency in hiring status and success metrics.
Job Requirements

 

  • Degree majoring in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • At least 7 years of in-depth and broad global talent acquisition experience preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Team player with strong customer focus and service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, good business acumen, strong negotiation and networking skills.
