Job Descriptions:
- Provide timely and effective resolution of desktop support requests and incidents.
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
- Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
- Serve as the point of contact for escalated technical issues and complex problem resolution.
- Maintain desktop SOPs and documentation.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of desktop support services with overall IT strategies and initiatives.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreement
- Provide L1 to L2 Desktop Support to end users
Requirements:
- Minimally Nitec in Information Technology or similar fields
- Must be CompTia A+ Certified or be certified within the 1st 6 months of work
