Overview:

The Recruiter (Professional & Campus), APAC is responsible for managing the execution of recruitment efforts & the execution of various best-in-class full-time and internship early-career programs across all of RBIâs brands in the APAC region.

Your challenges:

  • Manages the successful execution of all aspects of RBIâs APAC undergraduate and MBA Campus Programs, including the recruitment efforts for both internship and full-time programs, as well as management of the program.
  • Manages new hire process for undergraduate and MBAs joining RBI. Design communication, collaborating with payroll and lead manager, buddy, and onboarding training sessions.
  • Manages end-to-end professional recruitment processes, including posting, sourcing candidates, coordinate scheduling, providing feedback and guiding thru the onboarding to ensure high candidateâs experience within SLAs.
  • Building pipeline of professional candidates within the APAC region, using ATS and various sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with network of local universities and student groups.
  • Manage event planning and execution to facilitate engagement and networking between program participants, managers, teams, and senior leaders.
  • Develops program onboarding & continuous development approach for campus programs in concert with the cross functional people team & business partners.
  • Coordinates with regional partners to ensure global alignment on all campus program management and related activity and develop strong working relationships with People Business Partners and larger People team to support organization goals and support program participants.
  • Measures the success of campus programs recruiting & programs and recommends solutions for continuous improvement to match the evolving needs to the business & labor market.

Your skills and experience:

  • A bachelorâs degree in business and/or HR related fields preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of previous experience in human resources including at least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes fully independently. Previous experience with Campus recruitment will be an asset.
  • Preferred experience using Workday Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint, and Outlook) and MS Teams.
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Mandarin will be an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally.
  • Previous experience in FMCG/QSR/F&B industry will be an asset. 
  • Willingness to plan and host social, or networking events which may take place outside of standard work hours.
