We are a dynamic recruitment agency established in 1995, with extensive experience in a broad range of placements locally and internationally. Our mission is to assist companies and individuals in finding and hiring the right candidates for their job openings.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting job interviews, screening resumes, assessing candidates' qualifications, and matching them with suitable positions. You will also be involved in negotiating employment offers and providing guidance to both candidates and employers throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They will be passionate about recruitment and business development, with a sales-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate on terms of business and collaborate with clients to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Follow up with clients and engage with them to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Conduct cold-callings to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create sales strategies and opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels to find the best fit for each position.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Prepare draft biodata and forms for administrators to edit.
  • Learn how to use our company software and manage client records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and job openings.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of the hiring process and communicate closely with administrators.
  • Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Our company offers a competitive package, including a basic salary, commission, and bonus. CEI-certified individuals are preferred, but we will sponsor the course and exam for certification for the right candidate.
