At SharkNinja APAC Holding PTE. LTD., we're seeking a meticulous Compensation and Budget Professional to drive our financial analysis and budget planning. This role focuses on evaluating compensation structures, managing budgets, and ensuring actual expenditures align with budgeted forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation and analysis of compensation data
- Track actual expenditures against budgeted figures, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to management
- Assist in financial forecasting by analyzing trends and projecting future budget needs based on compensation changes and organizational growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, budgeting, or a related financial role
- Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Mercer salary surveys is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
