Opening Job Opportunity:

As the HR/Admin Executive, you will be an HR Generalist, including payroll responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of Human Resources.

What You Will Do

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to the team and the business to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
  • Administer employee payroll, taxes, benefits, and records.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including the preparation of employment offer letters.
  • Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
  • Conduct new hire orientations, track performance during probation, and process confirmations.
  • Administer staff training, including the collation and compilation of the company's training needs for implementation, applying for training grants, and submitting training claims.
  • Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle ISO documentation and ensure that HR procedures comply with ISO requirements.

What You Must Have

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of payroll experience as a Human Resource generalist in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
