Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Sales Specialist to join our sales team, focusing on growing referred revenue from brokers across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. This individual will realize new business opportunities by furthering partner relationships established by the Channel Partnerships team, manage the sales pipeline from referral deals, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the Client Success team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with internal teams to achieve a revenue target annually.

Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development and Management
    • Collaborate with partners / brokers to uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and position the company as a strategic partner for mental health benefits
    • Enable channel partnerships team to develop joint business pursuits of target accounts
  • Channel Sales Process Ownership
    • Lead the channel sales process from opportunity qualification to deal closure, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders
    • Continually seek opportunities to refine the sales process to improve conversion rate, deal ACV, and deal velocity
  • Cross-Functional Feedback
    • Share market insights and client feedback with Product, Consulting and Customer Success teams
    • Help refine solution roadmaps and service offerings based on on‑the‑ground intelligence
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partnership development
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional role
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with partners
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
  • Knowledge of the APAC region\'s employee benefits landscape is preferred
