- Lead the exploration and validation of product-market fit in South-East Asia through client interaction, pilot engagements and market testing
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across SEA markets in alignment with company strategy
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Develop a comprehensive go-to-market and market entry strategy, including partnership models, pricing structures and distribution channels
- Map and evaluate potential partners, customers, and regulatory conditions in priority countries
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, operations) to adapt offerings to local market needs
- Report regularly on commercial pipeline, regional dynamics, customer feedback and strategic insights
- Represent Alpitronic in industry events, meetings and strategic discussions across SEA countries

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- Previous professional experience in business development or sales roles within the eMobility, automotive or energy sector
- Strong existing network in SEA markets, with proven experience navigating diverse regulatory and business environments
- Experience in early-stage commercial roles or regional market entry projects is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
