Introduction

Trip.Biz is the leading Travel Management Company (TMC) in Asia, specializing in enabling enterprise, organizations and travel partners around the region to make informed and cost-effective bookings for corporate travel products and services, through aggregation of comprehensive travel-related information and resources, and an advanced transaction and administrative platform consisting of mobile apps, Internet websites, and 24/7 customer service centers.

In this Role, you’ll get to

  • To lead the partnerships team in research, identify and onboard agency partners across the regions where Trip.Biz has no wholly owned operation.
  • To build and drive the partnership strategy in line with the sales team’s pipeline.
  • Act as the communication liaison between the internal departments and the agency partners.
  • Build team spirit, ensure upbeat moral in teams through effective communication.
  • Responsible for making commercial contracts, agreements, and activities between agency partners and Trip.Biz.
  • Drive quality and consistency from both commercial and operational perspectives.
  • Collaborate with all business units for a common business objective.
  • Train and knowledge transfer to team members of the agency partners in the markets, in line with Trip.Biz business approach, technology platform and service delivery.
  • Involve and participate actively in major change initiatives and action plan to ensure success in implementation.
  • Ability to set priorities, establish milestones/goals and plans coupled with time management.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Experience in TMC industry, ticketing knowledge and GDS system.
  • Experience in building or maintaining global partners network.
  • Cross regions exposure and experience are highly desirable.
  • Superior business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive attitude, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and able to work independently.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in relevant role (highly preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skill.
  • Project management and account management experience will be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Willingness to travel.
