
Assistant/ Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the FMCG industry.
- Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with channel partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned channels.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build network and stay updated on industry trends.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG products, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building channel partner relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel as required.
