Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the FMCG industry.
  • Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned channels.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build network and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG products, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building channel partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
