
Assistant/ Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the FMCG industry. Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with channel partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned channels. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify areas for growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build network and stay updated on industry trends. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of FMCG products, market trends, and competitor landscape. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building channel partner relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
