Responsibilities Challenge customer assumptions by proactively engaging customers in thought-provoking conversations to broaden their perspective. Provide new insights and industry knowledge that position our products/services as innovative solutions. Lead sales discussions with confidence and take control of the conversation to guide customers through the decision-making process. Conduct in-depth research to understand the customer's business, needs, and challenges. Tailor solutions to address specific customer pain points and demonstrate a deep understanding of their requirements. Act as an educator by teaching customers something new about their industry, market trends, or potential areas for improvement. Provide valuable insights that position our offerings as strategic assets. Build and maintain long-term partnerships and develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels. Manage a larger portfolio revenue and account matrix. Develop new business with existing clients and identify new opportunities; present, negotiate, and close deals to meet sales quotas. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are understood and met. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Potential to lead one other team member. Requirements Degree/Diploma in any discipline; preference for technology-related fields, with minimum 8 years of sales experience in telco and solutions selling. In-depth knowledge of telco & system integrator environments is preferred. Proven ability to challenge customer thinking and provide tailored insights for enterprise and government clients. Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and procurement processes within enterprise and government organizations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust at the executive level. Confidence in leading sales conversations and managing the sales process, especially with decision-makers. Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance considerations. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented, solution-based environment.
