Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and claims.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support.
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming expatriates.
- Liaise with relocation vendors (e.g., movers, housing agents, travel coordinators).
- Assist employees with visa/work permit applications and documentation.
- Provide guidance on local policies.
- Track relocation expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for relocated employees during their transition period.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration; experience with relocation is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Multilingual skills or cross-cultural experience is an advantage.
