Equipment Technicians monitor, sustain, and improve equipment in their area, collaborating with Shift Operations, area equipment engineers, and tool vendors. They monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance, and use mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to repair equipment issues.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting to optimize tool utilization and scheduling
  • Attend to AGV alarms, recovery, and battery changes
  • Assist in equipment setup, qualifications and post-PM recovery
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance tool performance and product flow
  • Adhere to procedures and work with minimal supervision
  • Possess strong mechanical proficiency and understanding of mechanical systems
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping compliance in the work area and participate in safety improvement activities
  • Monitor lot status and perform basic troubleshooting to optimize lot scheduling for Priority Lots
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Maintain intermediate PC skills, including familiarity with MS Office
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams
Qualifications
  • Relevant Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and seeking growth opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with 12-hour night shifts
