Probe Equipment Technician/Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Probe Equipment Technologist to join our team. As a Probe Equipment Technologist, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing semiconductor probe equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on probe stations and associated equipment.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Process Optimization : Collaborate with engineers to optimize probe processes for yield improvement.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with high-tech equipment.
- Training : Train new technicians and operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity and basic electronic components and circuits.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility with job responsibilities and shift assignments (able to perform 12-hour work shifts).
