- Probe Manufacturing Technician

As a Probe MFG Production Technician, you will be working on a project responsible for managing the operational improvement of your Shift to support the Output goals of the FAB, establishing clear action items, and ensuring their successful timely completion. It will be your responsibility to team with the Planning Engineer to jointly evaluate and address the priorities of the area, and drive consistent manufacturing procedures that meet engineering requirements. You will be task to work on operational improvement to improve productivity and protect quality through projects assigned. You will work with shift senior engineer who will mentor you for project completion.

Responsibilities And Tasks:

- Establish And Improve Process Condition And Technology.
- Upgrade Process Capability And Reduce Production Cost.
- Establish And Modify Process Management Projects.
- Set Up Process Parameters For A Variety Of Semiconductor Equipment.
- Evaluation, Promotion And Planning Of New Equipment / Materials.
- Abnormal Analysis And Improvement.
