We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Probe Equipment Specialist.

The primary function of this position is to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize semiconductor probe equipment. This requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on probe stations and associated equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineers to optimize probe processes for yield improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with high-tech equipment.
  • Training: Train new technicians and operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity and basic electronic components and circuits.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility with job responsibilities and shift assignments (able to perform 12-hour work shifts).
