  • We are seeking a skilled Probe Test Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge probe test solutions for semiconductor devices.

Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and executing probe test solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. They will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting test data, identifying trends, detecting anomalies, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety protocols are met.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in probe engineering or a related field with proficiency in probe test equipment and software.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer probing and test methodologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
