Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute probe test solutions for semiconductor devices.
Conduct probe testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to resolve test-related challenges.
Design and maintain probe cards, test fixtures, and other test-related hardware.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in probe testing technologies.
Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in probe engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer probing and test methodologies.
Proficiency in probe test equipment and software (e.g., parametric testers, probe cards).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
