Overview
Are you a strategic IT leader ready to make a global impact? We’re seeking a Group Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services across our international operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and exceptional customer experience.
Though based in Australia , this is a truly global role — you’ll lead service delivery across Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, and other regions, managing a diverse team and driving continuous improvement in service quality, cybersecurity, and ICT operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive consistent IT service delivery across the Group, ensuring alignment with SLAs and business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of direct and indirect reports.
- Drive service performance through KPIs, issue resolution, and process optimisation.
- Champion cybersecurity strategy and ensure the protection of technology assets.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to the ICT strategy and Transformation roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.
You’re a seasoned IT leader with a global mindset, known for your ability to lead remote teams, manage change, and deliver results in complex environments.
Essential Qualifications & Experience- Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology.
- Certified ITIL practitioner.
- Minimum 5 years in ICT leadership across multiple regions.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy and IT infrastructure.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, remote teams.
- Formal Project Management certification.
- Experience in cloud hosting, server technologies, and network systems.
