About The Team

The Regional Online Marketing team is responsible for driving business growth across diverse markets by acquiring new users, increasing platform orders, and boosting GMV through data-driven strategies. The team leverages a wide range of digital marketing channels and requires strong channel expertise combined with innovative problem-solving skills to deliver impactful results.

Job Description
  • Collaborate effectively within a high-performing team to support the delivery of measurable outcomes.
  • Design, plan, execute, and monitor both always-on and promotional online campaigns across various marketing channels.
  • Drive market-leading ROI and analyze the optimal mix of digital campaigns to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Thailand operational team, local marketing teams, and the regional marketing team to deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the Marketing Analytics team to understand tracking and attribution to measure the importance and effects of digital campaigns accurately.
  • Work closely with Strategy and Planning team to customize proposals to address challenges faced by the local team.
  • Focus on new and innovative ways of engaging customers through constant testing and refining of new initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends on Social, Google, Search channels, and digital marketing components for success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major.
  • Prior extensive hands-on experience in performance marketing on Social / Google & Search is preferred.
  • Mobile App user acquisition experience is a plus.
  • Passion for advertising and performance marketing, with a good understanding of internet advertising technologies, including tracking and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience with a start-up environment is desired.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, pay attention to details, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in an additional language (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, Portuguese) is an advantage for cross-border collaborations.
