We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Associate to take charge of our paid digital and performance marketing campaigns and drive measurable growth across multiple channels—covering both B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize our digital ad accounts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) to drive awareness, ticket sales, and sponsor leads
  • Plan and execute high-impact campaigns across paid media, SEM, retargeting, and emerging platforms like TikTok
  • Analyze performance metrics daily unblocking policy issues, refreshing creatives, and adjusting budgets to maximize ROI
  • Report against KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and CPL
  • Test new channels and creatives continuously to improve CAC and ROAS
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Lead, Analysts, and Creative team to align on goals and execute campaigns with speed and precision.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X)
  • Proven track record of performance marketing success preferably in events, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Analytical and proactive, with strong grasp of campaign tracking, testing frameworks, and ROI optimization
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Webflow, Figma, GTM or Hotjar is a bonus
  • Interest in Web3, AI, or emerging tech is a plus but not required
