Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to provide on-site and on-call assistance to end-users. The successful candidate will handle a range of IT tasks, from basic troubleshooting to complex desktop support operations, ensuring optimal service delivery within a desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site/on-call support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across multiple platforms (Windows, Apple, Virtual OS)
  • Install, configure, and support operating systems and applications (Windows 7/8/10, 11 MS Office)
  • Perform hardware/software installations using tools such as SCCM
  • Support printer installations and configurations
  • Assist with user profile and permission management (Active Directory, Group Policies)
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar IT support or desktop support role
  • Strong experience with Windows OS, desktop/laptop troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with deployment tools (e.g., SCCM )
  • Understanding of SOE (Standard Operating Environment) and group policy implementation
  • Solid grasp of Microsoft Office tools and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting printers, hardware peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Apple OS, and Exchange
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and within a team
