Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead IT Service Management initiatives across multiple regions, including Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Australia. This role involves consolidating vendors at a data center level, managing IT infrastructure services, and ensuring seamless service delivery during a major transition project. Key Responsibilities Oversee IT service operations, including incident, problem, and change management, aligned with ITIL best practices. Manage vendor relationships and rationalize suppliers across regions. Lead a team of 3-4 members and ensure successful project execution and service continuity. Monitor SLAs, budgets, and performance metrics; handle escalations and drive improvements. Support office setup in Japan and coordinate regional integrations. Requirements 10-15 years of experience in IT Service Management with strong ITIL knowledge. Proven ability to manage global service delivery and vendor consolidation projects. Solid understanding of IT operations, networking, and SAP systems. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
