As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth, revenue, and market expansion for Rubick.ai. You will play a key leadership role in building partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development, a deep understanding of the AI and technology landscape, and the ability to forge relationships at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and align with company goals.
Sales & Revenue: Oversee sales processes, manage pipeline, secure new deals, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing business development team, set clear objectives, and foster a culture of results.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, clients, and partners to expand business.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide insights to guide product and pricing strategies.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on business development performance, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on AI, technology, or SaaS industries.
Leadership : Strong leadership and management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams.
Strategic Thinking : Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven success in growing business, expanding market share, and driving revenue.
Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of AI technologies, trends, and business applications.
Negotiation Skills : Expertise in negotiating high-value contracts, partnerships, and enterprise sales.
Communication : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Results-Oriented : A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Education : A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
