RE-LIVE is a next-generation real estate insights platform focused on streamlining and modernizing the valuation process for multiple commercial and residential property types. Our mission is to enable access to property intelligence through clean UI, data integrations, and dynamic reporting, with a strong emphasis on usability and accuracy. This role will contribute directly to transforming how real estate is evaluated and reported.
Your RoleAs our Head of Business Development, you will lead strategic growth initiatives by securing partnerships with key financial institutions and regulators, driving enterprise sales, and shaping the firm’s monetization and market strategy. This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales and marketing team, supporting fundraising efforts, and developing go-to-market plans for regional expansion. The ideal candidate will blend strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the real estate and financial services ecosystem, helping position the firm as a leader in AI-driven valuation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, negotiate and establish partnerships with funds, banks, REITs, and regulators.
- Drive enterprise sales pipeline and early customer acquisition.
- Help shape monetization strategy & market positioning.
- Build and lead a marketing and sales team as we scale.
- Develop monetization models for commercial and residential verticals (subscriptions, licensing, transaction-based fees).
- Prepare growth narratives and business cases for investor presentations.
- Support fundraising by building relationships with VCs, family offices, and strategic investors.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for regional expansion across Asia-Pacific. Identify regulatory, cultural, and business nuances in each market.
