• As a Procurement Specialist, you will be required to possess a strong understanding of the products or services being procured, including their technical specifications. It is crucial to ensure meticulous adherence to all technical and contractual aspects throughout the procurement process.Your role will also involve demonstrating excellent negotiation skills to effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors. Additionally, you will be expected to exhibit a proactive approach to identifying issues with vendor products and resolving them promptly through problem-solving techniques.Clear and effective communication is key in this position, as you will need to maintain communication with both vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Project management skills are essential to manage project timelines efficiently and ensure that vendors comply with deadlines.Analytical thinking will play a significant role in your responsibilities as you analyze vendor performance and provide actionable suggestions for improvement. You will also be responsible for ensuring that products or services procured from vendors are cost-effective and meet budgetary requirements.Performance monitoring and reporting will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you track and evaluate vendor performance against predefined metrics such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards. Providing regular performance reports to senior management, including recommendations for improvements or corrective actions, will be part of your responsibilities.Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors is also essential as part of vendor management. Overall, your expertise in procurement processes and your ability to effectively manage vendor relationships will be critical in this role.This is a permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund included. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The work location is in person.,
