Overview At FundApps, we’re on a mission to make compliance simple for some of the world’s biggest financial institutions — and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for a Sales Lead to take ownership of driving new business growth across the APAC region. This is a high-impact, senior role where you’ll act as the commercial lead for the region. You’ll be trusted to operate independently, build and execute a go-to-market strategy, and take full ownership of our APAC sales pipeline. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders at the most influential buy-side firms, and who has the gravitas to shape conversations and build long-term client partnerships. What You'll Be Working On Take full ownership of new business growth in APAC, acting as the senior sales lead for the region. Develop and deliver strategic sales plans that target complex financial institutions across APAC, from hedge funds and asset managers to pension funds and investment banks. Own the full sales cycle, from building your own pipeline to closing enterprise-level deals, navigating RFPs, proposals, pricing negotiations and contracts. Build FundApps’ presence in the region by representing us at senior industry events and acting as a trusted partner to C-level stakeholders. Collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, product, and client success to create tailored strategies that meet the unique demands of the APAC market. Provide accurate forecasting, insights, and regional intelligence back to the Senior Leadership Team to inform strategy. What You'll Bring To The Team A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in enterprise SaaS, ideally with deal sizes of £50,000–100,000+. Deep experience selling to senior decision-makers at financial institutions, with the ability to navigate long and complex sales cycles. Gravitas and confidence in senior conversations, able to hold your own with COOs, CROs, CCOs, and Heads of Compliance. A self-starter who thrives in independent, high-responsibility roles and can represent FundApps as the senior commercial presence in the region. Collaborative by nature - you’ll work closely with global colleagues while leading sales efforts locally. A Few Things To Know Before You Apply Compensation The base salary for the role is 200,000 - 230,000 SGD per annum dependent on experience and career level + double OTE. Work Eligibility We require candidates to have permission to work in Singapore without sponsorship. We work hybrid and ask that new FundAppers spend 3 days per week at our Singapore office during their first 6 months, to make the most of getting to know the business and other FundAppers. After that, our policy is at least 1 day per week in the office, though in practice, most teams come in 2 days a week to collaborate, connect, and make the most of our shared space.
