Our client is a leading American global management consulting firm. The role is with the company's education wing for digital capability building. They are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven B2B Sales Lead to take ownership of sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue targets for their Digital academy. This is a 12 month contract role (renewable). Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership & Growth: Define and execute the B2B sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Own the entire sales pipeline and revenue targets, driving accountability across the team. Identify and pull the right levers to unlock growth, including partnerships and optimized sales processes Team Leadership & Sales Coaching Manage and lead the B2B Sales & Account Management team, fostering a high performance culture. Drive team success by sharpening sales pitches, refining messaging, and elevating execution. Conduct sales coaching and training, ensuring best practices in consultative selling and client engagement Client Acquisition & Account Growth Oversee lead generation, deal conversion, and account expansion. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, corporate decision-makers, and SME partners. Sales Operations & Performance Management Implement data-driven sales tracking to monitor performance, optimize conversion rates, and ensure revenue targets are met. Gather market insights and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and drive business outcomes. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand partnerships. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent with more than 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and managing sales teams. Should have experience leading teams. Proven leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and scaling sales teams. Strong strategic thinking – ability to identify key levers for business growth and execute effectively. Experience selling to SMEs and corporate clients, with deep insight into their decision making processes. High accountability and ownership of sales targets – must be comfortable driving numbers and ensuring team performance. Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to refine messaging and optimize sales execution.
