Sales Lead

You will: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–4 sales representatives, providing regular coaching and performance reviews. Develop and support the strategic growth initiatives of the sales team. Manage daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the funnel. Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and nurturing existing key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, acting as the point of escalation for major accounts. Assist in developing and executing a structured sales training and onboarding program to accelerate team ramp-up and capability building. Establish clear team targets, KPIs, and reporting cadence to ensure accountability. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve client experience and influence the product roadmap with data-driven insights. Refine and enhance sales strategies, CRM adoption, and processes to achieve business objectives. Oversee execution of large-scale corporate events and B2B partnerships when required. We’re looking for someone with: 3–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales. Proven experience in leading, coaching, or managing a small team with track record of achieving group sales targets. Strong account management experience, with ability to build long-term client relationships at senior levels. Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze pipeline health and forecast revenue accurately. Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environment.
