They are seeking a high-performing Global Payroll Specialist (circa SGD $60k per annum) to own and optimize payroll processes across multiple continents. This role will be based in Singapore. Position Overview The incoming will be the go-to expert, ensuring accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for employees in various countries. You will navigate the complexities of international tax, social security, and compliance, making a direct impact on the well-being of all employees. Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end monthly payroll for multiple countries, coordinating with outsourced vendors and internal HR Ensure 100% compliance with local statutory regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and European regions Act as the primary point of contact for all employee payroll queries, providing exceptional support and resolution Manage payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, and support the finance team during audits Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the global payroll function The Successful Applicant 3+ years of hands-on experience in a multi-country payroll position, preferably with a blend of inhouse and outsourced processing knowledge You possess deep, practical knowledge of payroll legislation for at least two major regions (e.g., Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America) You are tech-savvy, with experience in major payroll software/systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and a high proficiency in Excel You are a meticulous problem-solver with an unwavering eye for detail and a commitment to confidentiality You thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a calm and professional demeanor Excellent communication skills as this involves multi-country operations What’s on Offer Impact & Scale: Play a critical role in a truly global operation, where your work directly supports core business needs Stability: Join a respected industry brand with proven success and stability Growth: Be part of a dedicated HR team with opportunities for professional development and career progression To apply, please submit your application directly or email the contact below.
