We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Global Payroll Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end payroll operations for our employees in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our team while maintaining full compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator and a collaborative team player. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete end-to-end payroll processing cycle for employees in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MOM regulations. Prepare and submit all required statutory filings, including but not limited to monthly/annual income tax returns to local authorities. Track and analyze payroll costs against budget forecasts. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to payroll. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits deductions. Provide clear, timely, and professional responses to resolve issues effectively. Partner closely with local HR teams to support onboarding, offboarding, and other HR initiatives. Contribute to and support regional and global payroll-related projects and system improvements. Review and update HR policies when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Singapore payroll processing and local government regulations (e.g., CPF, tax clearance). Proficient in MS Excel. Language Skills: English: Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing. Chinese: Strong verb and written communication skills required to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
