Regional Sales and Business Development Director – Southeast Asia We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Regional Sales and Business Development Director to drive our business development in several key markets across Southeast Asia. This role offers ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape our market presence from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of sales development in the assigned territories. Identify and capitalize new market opportunities to drive regional expansion initiatives. Strengthen existing relationships with major airlines, MROs, and aviation service providers by positioning us as a valued partner, not just a price competitor. Analyze current events, trends, economic indicators, and stay current with supply and demand to implement marketing strategies and main sales volume, product mix, and selling price. Develop and negotiate long term agreements or Power by the Hour contracts by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examine risks and potentials; estimating customers’ needs and goals. Act as an integral member of the global sales team, bringing local insights and contributing to broader strategy. Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure regional strategy alignment and success. Drive both top-line growth and profitability, ensuring sustainable success. Spot opportunities, create pipelines, and execute with agility. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions/territories. Determine selling price based on sales history, market price, availability for stock, sales strategy, export license requirements, and any other information. Represent the brand in the market, building influence and strong industry networks. What We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales success, preferably in aviation aftermarket, aerospace industry. Strong networks and market knowledge in Southeast Asia; exposure to multiple markets across Southeast Asia is an advantage. Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a matrix organisation. Strong communication and negotiation skills, skilled in building long-term value-driven partnerships. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Ambition and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans. Significant travel is expected.
