Add expected salary to your profile for insights As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll work closely with our globally experienced Business Development Director to identify and capture new market opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and execute go-to-market strategies across industries. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive sustainable growth and contribute directly to JKS’s 2030 vision. We are open to qualified candidates who prefer to be based in: North Region (Penang) – covering Northern Malaysia Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions Build and maintain strong customer relationships with tailored solutions Partner with the Engineering Team to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and product demos Negotiate and close deals with customers and strategic partners Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer needs to refine strategies Support new product development and market expansion initiatives Ensure customer satisfaction in line with ISO standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any business-related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events. Previous work experience in the semiconductor, automotive or automation industry would be advantageous.
