The Account Director, National Sales is responsible for driving revenue and room night contribution for contracted Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (WHR), both franchised and managed properties worldwide. In this role, you will develop and manage a portfolio of accounts specializing in Group, Meetings, Incentive, Conference & Events segments, while also growing NSS (National Sales Service). Your strategic and tactical approach will aim to surpass annual revenue goals by managing direct and agency client leads, placing them into WHR properties. A consultative sales approach is crucial, as you will collaborate with agents and client companies to establish a strong tripartite relationship, ultimately increasing revenue and market share for WHR hotels. Success will be measured based on consumed revenues, growth of NSS, lead solicitations, conversion ratios, and other relevant metrics.Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing Eurasia, this role will require frequent travel throughout the region to meet client and business needs.The ideal candidate for this position will embody the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Count on Me Service Culture, focusing on being Responsive, Respectful, and delivering a Great Experience.
