
Sr. Director, National Sales

As the Sr. Director, National Sales at Generous Brands, you will play a crucial role in leading the expansion efforts in the food service channel. Reporting to the VP Commercial Development, your primary responsibility will be to identify untapped markets, develop strategic plans, and promote Generous Brands while fostering brand loyalty across the marketplace. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market expansion.Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy across the food service channel, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and building strategic partnerships with distributors, customers, and industry influencers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management and negotiating funding agreements with distributor partners.To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of driving sales growth in the Food Service channel, excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the willingness to travel as required. You should also possess analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends, along with the ability to think rapidly in a dynamic environment. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are essential.Preferred qualifications include 5-7 years of sales experience in a consumer-packaged goods company, established relationships with key retail accounts and distributors, and strong planning and organization skills.
