- Job Description:As a Functional Expert with in-depth industry knowledge, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and managing all aspects of the sales cycle. Your expertise in business writing, deal financials, and deal review process will be crucial in addressing client business constraints and leveraging the strengths of our organization. With a focus on the US healthcare market, you will play a key role in responding to RFPs and RFIs, driving proactive pitches, and providing subject matter expertise across all healthcare processes.Your responsibilities will include maintaining knowledge of industry trends in the healthcare domain, researching competition, and identifying global market trends. By proposing delivery alternatives that address risks and stand out against industry competition, you will increase our organization's success in the bid process. Additionally, you will be involved in sales support activities such as opportunity assessment, analysis of documents, and conducting scoping workshops to gather client requirements.Your personal attributes such as exceptional communication skills, ability to communicate with various levels in client organizations, strong CXO level communication, and leadership skills will be essential in representing our organization to clients. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with prioritizing and organizing skills, will contribute to the success of the team and the delivery of transformative solutions.Qualifications:- Graduation/Post Graduation with a deep understanding of the US healthcare market- Experience in handling solutions of value greater than $100M+- Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal) with the ability to engage with clients at all levels- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Leadership skills to lead a team(Note: This job description is a summary of the key responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.),
