**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Representing the face and voice of the company’s design offer to the Singapore market, presenting a perspective of brand design issues to the design industry media
- Maintain project profitability ensuring that time/resources are allocated in accordance with budgeted allocations to ensure on target Fee Recovery Rate
- Support new business development initiatives and proposal development by attending business meetings to represent the SR’s creative point of view
- Managing and guiding the team. Own the process
- Strategically push the creative integrity of all projects and deliverables
- Skilfully produce work across a variety of platforms and media (digital, video, print, experiential).
- Supervise multiple projects from ideation to the final product to ensure quality and style meet both SR’s standards, and client’s strategies and objectives
- Guide, enable and inspire a growing team of creatives and copywriters to create first-in-class creative work
- Working with HR and the CD/ECD to create a team sharing and collaboration culture
- Create close links with all creative team members across GC and SEA, through sharing sessions and other initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and grow existing clients and input into new business development efforts to generate additional revenue through developing innovative brand design/account growth strategies.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of each clients’ products, services, branding goals and objectives, and schedules, to create innovative work.
- Win a room over. Showcase exceptional presentation skills with an ability to clearly articulate and explain the creative work and your rationale behind it. Evoke excitement and passion with your recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- At least 8 years of relevant experience;
- Proven working experience as Art Director;
- Professional proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CC, MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
- Able to commerce work immediately or at short notice is more advantages;
