**CREATIVE DIRECTOR**

**Global branding agency**
- Our client is a global design consultancy that works with clients across FMCG, F&B and alcohol, with offices around the world. They offer traditional branding and packaging services and are starting to branch into doing more digital projects.
- They're now looking for a multi-skilled Creative Director who can execute big ideas and lead a team of talented creatives. As this is a leadership role, you will be an active member of their Creative Leadership Team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Oversee a number of global brands - executing big ideas + beautiful creative work (underpinned by strategic thinking)
- Leading a team of talented creatives
- Guiding Design Directors to get the best out of their work
- Further activities will involve new business + recruitment
- Keeping multiple work streams on track

**What you bring**:

- At least 15 years of experience working in creative roles
- Extensive experience working in branding and design agencies
- Strong experience working on branding and packaging projects, with some experience working on digital projects
- Experience with and a passion for leading and mentoring a team
- Skilled at presenting and navigating client feedback
- This role would be ideal for an individual who is an established Creative Director that is looking for a new challenge in the branding consultancy sphere
