Overview

This role will be responsible for managing onboarding and offboarding processes, HR operations, payroll administration, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local employment laws, including the Employment Act, and be familiar with TAFEP guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of contracts, new hire orientation, and exit formalities.
  • Handle HR operations such as maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing HR documentation.
  • Administer monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by planning and executing activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with the Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines.
  • Work closely with external vendors and government agencies where necessary.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems/software and HRIS.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
