We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong skills in recruitment and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs to improve employees’ skills, service quality, and product knowledge.
- Foster open communication with employees, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Support performance management, including appraisals, coaching, and staff development plans.
- Oversee HR administration such as payroll, leave management, and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company HR policies.
- Partner with management to implement HR strategies that improve retention and productivity.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail, beauty, or service industries.
- Strong recruitment and interview skills, with proven ability to attract and retain talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
