Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, exposure to a regional HR portfolio will be an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in employee engagement , terminations , and exit interviews .
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overseas extensively.
