The CCEB Academic (Undergraduate Studies) office seeks a proactive and results-oriented individual with a can-do attitude to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing crucial support to undergraduate students and fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of academic services. Key responsibilities include managing curriculum logistics, facilitating course registration processes, and handling assessment matters with precision and efficiency. This position presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' learning journeys and contribute to the continuous improvement of their academic experiences.

Programme Operations: Academic ServicesCurriculum ManagementSemester Timetabling and Course RegistrationExamination MattersInternship and exchange coordination FYP/IRP/URECA mattersMaintain website contentProcess LOA, Course Change, Exemption, reinstatement etcStudent Feedback MattersMaintain proper documentation, archival and updates of UG materials e.g. study plan, syllabus etc

Other dutiesWork on initiatives on improving the current processesDeliver a superior level of customer service and programme satisfaction to internal and external stakeholdersAssist in any ad hoc matters as delegated

Requirements:Diploma or higher degree, in any disciplineTask oriented and ability to manage tight deadlinesProactive and a positive attitude towards work tasksPossess strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions effectivelyFlexible and adaptable to navigate the fast-changing education landscapeExcellent team player who is able to prioritise team and organisation needsAssertive and meticulousGood planning and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively under pressureStrong ability to communicate (verbal and written skills) effectively with students, faculty and team members, to foster a collaborative environment and build positive relationships to achieve common objectives
