Reporting to the Assistant Director of Graduate Programmes, the Senior Executive in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme looks after the operations of the MSc TIP programme which include academic support, instructor liaison, logistical arrangements for classes, student/alumni management and engagement.

The incumbent also supports marketing and promotion, admission administration, event coordination, as well as FlexiMasters recruitment and course management.

Responsibilities:
Execute Academic support for MSc TIP English class.
Assist in contract preparation for teaching engagement and payment processingFacilitate classes and exam schedulingCourse RegistrationFacilitate teaching evaluations

Execute administrative processes related to students and class managementAssist the coordination with
NTU internal departments on international students' entry into Singapore and related mattersCoordinate student matriculation, orientation, and graduation mattersFacilitate class managementCoordinate with Student Committee on student engagement activities

Provide support to ensure governance in student pre-enrolment, enrolment and other administration processesPrepare necessary documents and assist the coordination with the admission panel for candidate shortlisting and interviewsCoordinate with
NTU internal offices such as Office of Admission on admission and Office of Academic Services for enrolment mattersCompile application data and prepare admission reportsMaintain admission recordsAssist in student billing matters

Execute student marketing and recruitment activitiesAssist in data preparation for the graduate programmes' marketing and recruitment planningMonitor the programme related information (on website or in e-copy / printed documents) and update the information accurately and timelyCompile information related to various marketing channels and efforts for analysis and management evaluationSupport marketing strategy to increase student diversity

Execute project and event management processes for alumni and students engagement activitiesLiaise with internal and external stakeholders. Assist to enhance alumni and student engagementAssist in planning and coordination of entrepreneurship experiential learning projectsCoordinate orientation and convocation, team bondingFacilitate events which support entrepreneurship development

E


xecute duties related to recruitment of the FlexiMasters studentsAssist team's effort in recruitment FlexiMastersClass management and support for FlexiMasters as and when required.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any disciplineMinimum 3 years' experience in administering academic programme, student management in institute of Higher Leaning or equivalentExperience in marketing, event management and outreachAble to multi-task and manage requests effectivelyMeticulous and mature in handling day-to-day operationsGood writing, communication and presentation skillProficient in MS Office and Adobe applications.
