Senior Executive, Graduate StudiesTo support the end-to-end administration of the Graduate programmes and ensure quality services for students and faculty in the school.To manage the administration of Graduate programmes including admission, scholarship renewals, funding management, appointment of supervisors and TAC, Qualification Examination.

Responsibilities:Manage the applications for admissions.Arrange the qualification examinations for students.Funding and scholarship managementManage the submission of progress reports and renewal of awards for studentsManage the submission of job claims for Graduate Assistantship ProgrammeManage the application of non-graduating non-exchange research students

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher, in any disciplineAt least 3 years of relevant work experience in the Tertiary Education.IT knowledge, proficient in MS office applicationDemonstrated ability to understand and to work in an academic environmentDemonstrated ability in analytical, planning and organizational abilitiesPossesses characteristics of being assertive and meticulousAble to work independently and as a team
