Position: Senior Executive, Graduate Studies

  • Support end-to-end administration of Graduate programmes with a focus on providing top-notch services to students and faculty.
  • Manage various aspects of Graduate programmes such as admissions, scholarship renewals, funding, supervisor appointments, and examinations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee admission applications processing.
  • Coordinate qualification examinations for students.
  • Manage funding and scholarships.
  • Handle progress reports and award renewals for students.
  • Administer job claims for Graduate Assistantship Programme.
  • Process applications for non-graduating research students.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Tertiary Education work experience.
  • Proficiency in IT and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in an academic setting.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Assertive and detail-oriented characteristics.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
