Key Responsibilities Lead the overall setup and operational readiness of the new brokerage business Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Asia Recruit, develop, and manage a high‑performing team, with a focus on sales and marketing functions Establish effective business processes and performance frameworks to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance Oversee the formulation of sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define long‑term goals and business priorities Foster a professional, high‑performance culture aligned with the company’s values and vision Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in management, commercial or business development within the financial services industry Strong understanding of the Asia financial markets with established industry networks preferred Demonstrated success in sales leadership and operational setup within a start‑up or growth environment Proven ability to design and execute commercial strategies that drive measurable business results Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function General Business Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CMC Singapore by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
