We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our Singapore operations. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business—from day-to-day operations to long-term growth and organizational development.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, HR, sales, and marketing
  • Set and execute business strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Build and develop high-performing teams and a strong organizational culture
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements where needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and corporate governance standards
  • Represent the company in partnerships, negotiations, and public engagements
  • Report regularly to the board or executive leadership on business progress and performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 8–12 years of leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior/general management role
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making, and people leadership skills
  • Proven track record in business growth, team scaling, and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore business environment and regulatory landscape
  • Legally authorized to work in Singapore (Citizen, PR, or valid work pass)
  • Willing to work on-site full-time in Singapore
