The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aims to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing centered around each person. We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman Medical Board (CMB) and/or the various Division Leads while managing critical CMB office operations. In this role, you will coordinate schedules and meetings, handle confidential correspondence, oversee grant administration and budget reporting, support quality improvement initiatives, organise stakeholder engagement sessions, and assist in new service development projects.
Working closely with senior medical leadership, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the smooth operation of the CMB office. Strong organisational abilities will be essential as you deliver administrative support and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Diploma with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player capable of managing cross-functional and institutional relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment
- Good analytical, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to handle complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations in fast-paced and evolving conditions
